Training is the heart of our activity. Every programme therefore starts from direct knowledge of materials, technologies and production processes.
Our innovation serves training: we study, develop and validate processes to turn technical experience into concrete, applicable and immediately usable skills in production.
We operate in the rubber, plastics and silicone HTV & LSR sectors, with cross-functional expertise in quality, maintenance and safety.

Laboratories & Technologies
Development activities take place in our laboratories, designed to reproduce real production conditions and make training practical, technical and measurable.
Plastics Area
Two full injection presses with hot runner nozzles and granule dehumidification systems.
Silicone Area
Injection and compression presses for HTV silicone and a dedicated LSR island comprising press, pump, mould, cold runner and robot.
Activities are also supported by flow simulation software and an IMR system for determining the viscosity curve of processed polymers.
