Mongodi was founded in 2015 in Sarnico from the experience of Angelo Mongodi, with the aim of transferring technical skills and method to companies in the polymer industry.

The Mongodi Training System
Mongodi was founded in 2015 in Sarnico from the experience of Angelo Mongodi, with the aim of transferring technical skills and method to companies in the Rubber, Plastic and Silicone HTV & LSR industry.
From the beginning, the company grew within the industrial district between Bergamo and Brescia, one of the most important hubs in Europe for the production of technical rubber articles. This context allowed the company to build concrete experience in production processes and the real needs of businesses.
Today Mongodi represents the Mongodi Training System: a training model that integrates practical laboratories, a network of Training Points across the territory, content development through the Training Factory, and collaboration with industry teachers and professionals.
The objective is to contribute to the growth of the sector through specialised technical training, skills transfer and enhancement of productive territories.

Our History
2015
The origins
Mongodi was founded in 2015 in Sarnico from the experience of Angelo Mongodi, with the aim of transferring technical skills and method to companies in the Rubber, Plastic and Silicone HTV & LSR industry. From the beginning the company grew within the industrial district between Bergamo and Brescia, one of the most important hubs in Europe for technical rubber articles. This context allowed direct experience in production processes and the concrete needs of businesses.
2020
2015–2020 · From consulting to technical training
In the early years Mongodi combined industrial process consulting with a growing specialisation in technical training applied to production. Field experience led to a method based on hands-on learning, direct work on machinery and the transfer of skills immediately applicable in the workplace.
2021
Rubber Training Factory is born
In 2021 the Rubber Training Factory was launched, a training space designed to simulate the production environment and allow participants to learn directly through experience on real industrial machinery and processes. This marked the beginning of a structured training model based on hands-on, on-machine learning.
2026
Lombardy Region accreditation
16 July 2026 – Mongodi Srl obtains the Lombardy Region Accreditation – Section B (no. 1580), officially entering the regional register of operators accredited for Education and Vocational Training services. A recognition that confirms the quality of its organisational model and opens access to the Region's main funded-training instruments.

The evolution of this journey led to the Mongodi Training System, an integrated technical training model combining a network of Mongodi Training Points in key production districts with industrial machinery, the Training Factory for developing training content, and a team of industry teachers and professionals. The Mongodi system is designed to support companies and employment agencies in developing technical skills in the Rubber, Plastic and Silicone HTV & LSR sectors.
