A Mongodi Srl project born from the needs of companies associated with the Associazione Produttori Guarnizioni del Sebino: to find trained technicians ready to enter the workforce.
Mongodi srl placed the simulated factory, Rubber Training Factory — the only European factory totally dedicated to training in the rubber and industrial gasket sector — at the heart of the project.
Courses funded by the Forma.Temp fund, designed to bring resources into the sector with the hard and soft skills required. 120 operators per year, 8 editions of 108 hours, 85% placement.
